Each year after Thanksgiving, the ABA works in cooperation with the Auburn Parks and Recreation Department to welcome Santa to Festival Plaza in Auburn. The ABA is a major contributor to the Auburn Holiday Decorating Committee which is responsible for funding and decorating the Auburn area with tree lights, garland, ribbons, banners and more. We invest on high quality, reusable decorations and take great care to see that our investment lasts for many, many years.
In recent years, the ABA has joined together with the City of Lewiston and various religious groups, along with the City of Auburn for a broader celebration. Members of the ABA gather at Festival Plaza for the tree lighting ceremony and the holiday parade to hand out hot chocolate and donuts, graciously donated by Dunkin Donuts.
Help Deck the Halls!
